move up run bad

I played some 3/6 today and lost a bunch to crappy beats and bad play.
Then I played a 2k HU SNG against some idiot and won, and he was terrible.
Then I see him sitting 25/50 NL so I have to sit. We play HU and he is INSANE aggressive, just out of control. 3betting every single pot whether hes in or out of position, but post flop playing somewhat decent. Anyway I get down like 2k just from not hitting any hands. Then I get AA and win a 4k pot.
Then I get 77 and raise to $150, he makes it $500 like always. I call. flop 567 rainbow.
He bets like 600, i make it 1500. he instacalls. K turn, he checks, I bet 3k, he calls. River 4, he shoves 2k, into 8k pot. I call, he flips 68. I suck. -7k on the day, -4k this month.

I dont mind taking that shot at all, could have easily been up a bunch if he missed his 8 outer but it still really sucks. I'm just gonna quit taking shots for the rest of the month. I once again have basically no $ online.

I decided I'm gonna stop counting my whole roll as 140k or wutever I have invested, and only count it as what I keep in neteller, my checking account, and online. So it will be much smaller and I'll be rebuilding it basically, but I'm not dropping below 3/6. I might take a break from poker for awhile cuz this month is pretty damn annoying and I've played average like 10 days and good only 2.
